The semester-long project began in pairs with the study of a literal knotted connection between two bodies. Later, architectural consequences and a system of connections were defined. Detailed relationships between solid spaces, rhythmic patterns, tension, and the amplification of voids were investigated as a way to define space. The project title, Tense Rhythmic Patterns, can be used to sum up the developed concepts.
